Welwyn Garden City's reward for avoiding an FA Cup banana skin is a trip to a Hertfordshire rival.
The Citizens had reached this stage thanks to a 3-1 win away to Essex Senior League leaders Romford on Saturday.
And they will now head to Top Field for a clash with Southern League Premier Division Central, Hitchin Town.
This will be the Canaries entrance into this year's competition and they head into it in fine form, having won three of their four league games so far.
The two sides have met many times before but this is the first clash in the famous old competition.
Potters Bar Town and Royston Town also enter the competition at this stage.
The Scholars will face Enfield Town again, the north London side having won 2-0 at the Lantern Stadium last week in the Isthmian League Premier Division.
This match though will be at Donkey Lane.
The Crows meanwhile, having beaten Long Eaton United on Saturday for their first league win of the year, are at home to Cheshunt, relegated from the National League South last time out.
The ties will be played on Saturday, September 2.
