Royston Town’s game against Egham was abandoned after 75 minutes due to a serious hip injury to defender Jack Bradshaw.
Bradshaw was taken to hospital in an ambulance, although the extent of his injury is not yet known.
There has been an outpouring of messages for Bradshaw on Twitter and Royston Town has wished him a “speedy recovery”.
Egham were winning 2-1 when the game was abandoned, Spyros Mentis had scored his first goal for the club to give the Crows a 1-0 lead before the visitors scored twice.
