THE combined ladies and charity match took place at Thriplow Reservoir on Saturday with Royston and District Angling Club chairman Mark Rivers winning in style with a catch of 5lbs 5oz.
Alison Cocksum finished runner-up with a catch of 4lbs 3oz, which was also enough to seal the ladies trophy.
Diane Fuller was third with 3 lbs 8.5oz, ahead of Sharon Porter in fourth.
- The competition helped raise more than £120 for the Bassingbourn Parish Church Repair Fund.
