ALL three of Royston's junior teams have been in impressive form with victories coming thick and fast in the new LTA Cambs League.

The club's under-13 first team of Isaac Pickett and Miles Arnold saw off Huntingdon firsts 3-0, while the under-13 second team of Toby Jackson and Leo Pickett despatched Fulbourn seconds 3-0.

The under-16 team of Andrew Betts and Neil Addison made it a triple victory when they beat a strong Huntingdon team by the same scoreline.

Elsewhere there were varied results for the club's mixed adult teams, with the first team of Mike and Matt Fellingham, Andy Holmes, Pru Burton, Kathy Betts, and Jill Birch, slipping to a heavy 8-0 defeat against Next Generation. They did bounce back with a 7-1 win against Ely, before suffering a second defeat losing to Risbygate 6-2.

The mixed second team of Christine Knight, Richard Fosbeary, Sue and David Addision, Hannah Crisford and Mike Fellingham fared better and clocked up two wins at home, 8-0 against Foxton and then 6-2 against Phennards, while the mixed thirds of Jill Birch, Roger Maybury, Ann Smith and Ralph Betts lost away to Cambourne 6-2.
