THOUGH construction at some point is still in progress, Royston new Secondary Modern School will receive the first batch of senior children after the Easter holidays.

The classrooms and administrative blocks are sufficiently complete for a start to be made, and furniture and some equipment has already been moved in.

The major part of unfinished work lies to the north where the gymnasium is situated.
