Making a play for toy shop

WITH the closure of Woolworths, and last year the closure of the Toy Shop I feel really sorry for the kiddies. There will be nowhere in Royston for them to spend their Christmas and birthday money. People keep suggesting we have a Waitrose here. I don t

WITH the closure of Woolworths, and last year the closure of the Toy Shop I feel really sorry for the kiddies.

There will be nowhere in Royston for them to spend their Christmas and birthday money.

People keep suggesting we have a Waitrose here. I don't think so.

Nor do I believe we want a Marks and Spencer.

Toys Us might be a good idea.

I know Tesco sells toys, but not on the scale that Woolworths has done .

Everyone in Royston has grown up with it always being there. Such a shame.

I wonder how many mothers would like a Toys Us?

And what about an Argos?
