It’s that time of year for brewing tea and baking cakes for the World’s Biggest Coffee Morning, in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support.
In Royston, coffee mornings will be held at The Old Bull Inn in High Street from 10am to 1pm on Friday, and from 11am to 3pm at KPM Software Systems in Orchard Road. Richard Cox House care home, in Royston’s Dog Kennel Lane, will also be holding a coffee morning in aid of Macmillan from 11am to 12.30pm.
In Melbourn, there will also be a coffee morning from 10am to 12 noon on Friday at The Old Farm Yard in Dolphin Lane.
At Fowlmere Primary School, there will be coffee from 10am to 11.30am on Friday. Buckland Barn, near Buntingford, will be hold a coffee morning from 10am to 1pm.
The World’s Biggest Coffee Morning dates back to 1990 and has raised more than £200 million for Macmillan.
