A FORMER television producer from Royston who worked on the BBC s successful Walking with Dinosaurs series will be giving a talk on his career. Paul Chambers will be the guest speaker at the annual open evening of the Royston and District Writers Circle.
A FORMER television producer from Royston who worked on the BBC's successful Walking with Dinosaurs series will be giving a talk on his career.
Paul Chambers will be the guest speaker at the annual open evening of the Royston and District Writers' Circle.
Mr Chambers will be talking about how he made his career change and became a successful full-time writer of factual books.
With 15 books to his name, he uses his knowledge of science and history to write about subjects ranging from dinosaurs and fossils to family history and genealogy.
Mr Chambers latest book, Jumbo, a biography of an elephant will be the special prize in a raffle to be held on the evening.
The event will be taking place at The Meridian School, Royston, on Wednesday, November 7 at 8pm.
