The Imperial War Museum in Duxford has partially reopened after being forced to close when buildings were damaged by the weekend’s storms.
A spokesman for the museum said: “IWM Duxford is now open to visitors, with the exception of the AirSpace exhibition and the Visitor Centre.
“The damage to the roof of AirSpace has been assessed this morning and we are fully aware of the roof’s condition. We are now working with the original building contractor to determine the necessary next steps to repair and make good the damage.
“As we are not able to offer visitors the full IWM Duxford experience, we have reduced our admission prices to £12 for adults and £10 for seniors. Admission for children aged 15 and under is free.
“Our half term family activities will be available from Tuesday 18 February.”
