Emergency services were called to an accident on the A1198.
Crews from both Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire attended the scene at 3.09pm.
Three casualties were reported in the incident. One was administered first aid by paramedics and suffered no injuries. Another two suffered minor injuries and one was taken to Lister Hospital, Stevenage, while another was taken to Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge.
The road was close in both directions.
