A VETERAN campaigner will be taking to the Trafalgar Square plinth tomorrow to campaign for pensioners rights.
Terry Hutt, 74, chairman of the Royston pensioners action group, has an hour long slot on the empty podium as part of Anthony Gormley's One and Other exhibition.
Mr Hutt, who has promised to deck the plinth out in union jack red, white, and blue, said: "This is a great privilege, and a good chance to get some of my causes a bit of coverage.
"Tomorrow is also the Queen Mother's birthday, so I will be wearing my Union Jack gear in her honour," he said.
