Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Notice Under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission Proposed development at: Land off Briary Lane, Royston, Hertfordshire SG8 9DP Take notice that application is being made by Gladman Developments Ltd for planning permission to: Outline planning application for the erection of up to 120 dwellings with public open space, landscaping and sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular access point from Briary Lane. All matters reserved except for means of main site access. Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: North Hertfordshire District Council, PO Bsx 10613, Nottingham , NG6 6 DW. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
