VALUABLE gardening equipment has been stolen from a business in Shepreth.
Thieves broke into Wrights Mower Centre, near the Frog End junction, at about 8.45pm on Monday August 10, and made off with chainsaws, strimmers, and a leaf blower.
Det Sgt Andy Denzey, from Cambridgeshire Police, said: "The offenders used a large white transit van with a sloping roof at the top. The van had no livery on it.
"Three men were involved, and made off towards the Fowlmere/Shepreth junction. I would like to hear from anyone who has any information regarding this offence."
Officers are also keen to hear from anyone who may have recently been offered gardening equipment for sale.
"I would also like to hear from anyone who has been offered 'STIHL' gardening equipment in the past few days which may be connected to this burglary," said Det Sgt Denzey.
Anyone with information should contact Det Sgt Denzey at Sawston Police Station on 0345 456 456 4 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
