As if getting married wasn’t nerve-racking enough, a couple from Melbourn had their nuptials filmed for an documentary being shown tonight.
Serena Jordan – née Saunders – grew up in the Sheene Mill restaurant and hotel in the village, and took over the venue with her partner Adam four years ago.
“Sheene Mill has been the home to so many of my happy memories,” she said. “We can’t thank our staff and suppliers enough for all their efforts and for making our wedding day the most amazing day of our lives!”
The Wedding Day is on Channel 4 tonight at 10pm.
