A Royston-based animal sanctuary has teamed up with a pub in the heart of the town to raise much needed funds.
Landlord of The Boars Head Matthew Brazier, who owns a rescue Border Collie, has launched a 2016 wine list including a red, white and rosé which all offer a £1 donation to the charity from each bottle sold.
Heathlands volunteer Angela Savage also produces a wide range of homemade chutneys and relishes which feature on the pub menu.
Customers who fall for Angela’s sauces can also buy her products over the bar, with all proceeds going to Heathlands.
