Labour comfortably held on to the Bassingbourn seat in the South Cambridgeshire District Council elections.

The results were as followed:

Nigel Cathcart, Lab – 812 (ELECTED)

Joshua Huntingfield, Con – 286

Simon Saggers, Green – 274.
