ROYSTON Beavers had a visit from some exotic animals during their last session of the term.
Mitch Price, from the Reptile House Experience, introduced the six-eight-year-olds to a large albino python, a cornsnake and a milk snake, as well as two lizards, the blue tongued skink and bearded dragon and a chameleon and a tortoise.
Tim Mitchell, leader of the Royston Beavers, said: "The boys were doing their activity badges and learning about pet care.
"We had talked about domestic pets and wild animals and extended it to finish with exotic animals.
"It was the last session of the term and a nice surprise for them.
"They really enjoyed seeing and touching these animals you don't see every day.
