SLIMMERS from Crow Country raised hundreds of pounds on a sponsored hike yesterday (Sunday).
Members of local Weight Watchers groups walked five miles from Royston to Therfield and back to raise cash for the Addenbrooke's Hospital Breast Cancer Unit.
Linda Neal, one of the Weight Watchers leaders who organised the walk, said: "We have raised several hundreds of pounds for this very worthwhile cause and will be presenting our cheque to the Hospital as soon as we have collected it all in.
