A SEMINAR to help village project organiser to apply for grants is to be run by North Herts District Council.
The seminar is aimed at parish councils, village hall committees and community groups to see whether their project meets the criteria for a particular grant.
Up to £50,000 can be given for one project from the Parish Amenity Capital Improvement Fund.
Representatives including those from the Big Lottery Fund/Awards for All and the Football Foundation will be attending the event.
They will be able to discuss such projects as refurbishing a village hall, improving a sports pavilion and playground equipment.
- There will be two sessions of the seminar at 2pm and 6pm at the district council offices in Letchworth on Wednesday, June 13.
