School pupils head to Wembley stadium to take part in cheerleading with The Saturdays

CHEERLEADERS from a Royston school have been on the road to Wembley.
A group of 90 pupils and parents from Roysia Middle School in Royston went to the national stadium to participate in a rugby and cheerleading event organised by Hertfordshire club Saracens.
A spokesman for Roysia said: "During half time our pupil cheerleaders, along with other children, performed in support of the girls group The Saturdays on the hallowed turf.
"A great day out was had by all and the pupils - and parents - will certainly remember the experience for a long time."

The pupils are part of a cheerleading club at the school, which was set up recently with the help of the school sports partnership.
