School children brought festive cheer to Tesco in Royston last week when they sang carols for shoppers.
The pupils from Roysia Middle School were at the Royston Superstore on Thursday, singing a selection of festive favourites and collecting cash for the East Anglian Children’s Hospice.
Mandy Jinkerson, community champion at Tesco Royston, said: “The choir created a lovely Christmas atmosphere in the store and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
“They raised £82.04 for East Anglia Children’s Hospice and were a credit to their school”.
