Royston Schools Academy Trust has announced their forthcoming production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat.
RSAT students from across Greneway, Roysia and Meridian – the three academy schools – are busy rehearsing for what promises to be “a truly spectacular show”.
Student Alex Thompson is the title role and excitement is building for the show which is coming together fast.
Songs and choreography are being rehearsed – and sets, costumes and props are being designed.
An RSAT spokeswoman said: “Amazingly, it is fifty years since Joseph originally had his dreams, was given his coat and was treated so badly by his brothers. Come and see what happens to him as he journeys from Israel to Egypt singing all the way!”
The show is on at Meridian School in Garden Walk on Friday, November 16, at 7pm, and Saturday, November 17, at 2pm and 7pm.
Book your tickets through the Meridian School office, or by calling 01763 242236.
