SINGERS from a Royston school performed at one of the country’s top venues on Sunday.
The choir from Greneway Middle School showcased their skills at the Albert Hall as part of a county wide project.
Head of music Shaunaed Amette said: “They were obviously excited, they had not realised how big it it. I had shown them pictures just to give them an idea but it is massive and it was great to see the look on their faces when they walked in.”
Hertfordshire Music Service organised the event and more than 100 primary schools joined together in a massed choir conducted to sing songs celebrating the Olympic year.
