Administrators for a pub which closed last month have offered to refund anyone who put a deposit down for a Christmas party.
The Old Crown in Baldock Road, Royston, closed when its parent firm, The Bramley Pub Company, went into administration.
This left people who had booked Christmas parties at the pub, fearing they would lose their deposits.
But a spokesman for administrators Zolfo Cooper said: “Although the deposits were taken before Zolfo Cooper was appointed administrator, and it is not normally the case in most administrations, we will refund deposits as we understand the difficulties this could cause customers.”
To make a claim, email the administrators at Bramwellcreditors@zolfocooper.eu
