The owner of a new shop in Royston had a surprise when none other than North East Herts MP Sir Oliver Heald popped in to do some shopping.
Sir Oliver visited No.3 Royston in Melbourn Street and, after having a browse around the store and a chat, bought a picture from Premium Pics of the red poppies at the Tower of London and some marmalade from The Preserving Pan.
Owner Laura Whitford said the MP’s impromptu visit was a ‘lovely surprise’.
