A nine-year-old girl is preparing to have her hair cut off to raise funds for charity.
Bethany Curtis-Copeland has hair so long she can sit on it and will have it cut up to her shoulders for the Little Princess Trust.
The charity provides natural wigs for children who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment.
Not content with providing just one wig, Bethany has raised extra money to purchase another one through her charity efforts.
Her fundraising page currently shows she has raised £322, and is inches away from reaching her £350 target.
The hair cut will take place at Carlo and Co in Royston on Saturday at 11am.
Bethany’s mother Anji spoke of her pride for her young daughter’s generosity and altruism.
She said: “She always thinks of others before herself and never expects anything in return.”
