Look who’s on the runway for this year’s London Marathon – Craig McMurrough is sorting through his pre-flight checks before taking to the streets of the capital dressed in full red flying suit and pushing a model replica of an RAF Red Arrows Hawk.
Craig McMurrough, who last year ran the marathon dressed as a giant shoe for Cancer Research UK, will this time be raising money for the RAF Association.
After running the Cardiff World Half Marathon Championships in his RAF gear this weekend, the change director at Capita will be collecting money at the Royston Tesco on Sunday, April 10.
Craig said: “I have been inspired to run for the RAF following recently working at the MOD and also a number of my family being in the services. I can’t wait to get flying.”
