A funeral director is hoping to raise cash for a charity that cares for people with terminal illnesses when he takes part in a gruelling obstacle challenge.
Andy Mcfadyen of Newlings of Royston will take on the Spartan Cambridgeshire Sprint UK which includes running through fire, scaling 8ft walls and crawling under barbed wire through the mud.
Andy, who will be raising money for the Garden House Hospice, said: “I have helped many families over the years and have always been inspired by the amazing care the hospice has provided for their loved ones. I feel truly inspired to raise money on their behalf.” To donate visit www.justgiving.com/a-mcfadyen.
