A troupe of majorettes have twirled their way to victory at a national competition where they won the overall title.
The Royston Electralites won nine out of the 13 sections in an event held at Calcton-on-Sea, including the best overall troupe, most creative baton work, most entertaining pom routine and best dressed.
The troupe also managed to record three second places and one third, while leader Zoe Barfield won trainer of the year.
The group, open to both boys and girls aged five and up, trains at Coombes Community Centre in Burns Road, Royston, on Sundays and Wednesdays.
