Children at Tannery Drift First School in Royston invited their parents and teachers to join them for their Daily Mile last Thursday, as part of One You Day, a day when people across Hertfordshire were invited to do one thing to improve their health.

The Daily Mile is a national initiative, in which children are encouraged to be more active by running or walking for 15 minutes every day during the school day to keep them fit and healthy.
