WHEN The Crow visited disabled fund-raiser Andy Lee in October to talk about his momentous completion of the 2006 China Bike Ride, staff were left in awe of his assistance dog Henry.
For the yellow Labrador retriever is a shining example of man's best friend.
Not only has he given his owner a lifeline, he has also become his most trusted friend.
Andy said: "He does everything for me, to the point that I don't have to have a carer.
"In the three years that I have had him he's become a very loyal friend and companion - and I don't know what I'd do without him."
The highly intelligent Henry opens and closes doors, collects the post, and puts the rubbish in the bin.
Andy added: "He will fetch just about anything on command and knows several objects by name, including 'fetch the phone' in case of an emergency.
