RESIDENTS are to be given the opportunity to give their views on North Herts District Council services.
A wide-ranging consultation exercise is to be carried across the district to measure the level of satisfaction from residents on the workings of the council.
More than 1,000 residents will be visited during July and August for a 30-minute interviewed to be carried-out by consultants, the Bostock Markering Group.
Cllr F John Smith, the leader of the district council, said it was "crucial" that the council learns the views of residents on the provision of services.
"The result will have a direct impact on the way that we spend our money and the priorities we draw up for the coming years," he said.
Results from the consultation will be published in October.
