ROYSTON missed out on heavy snow overnight, but the wintry weather has still caused chaos on the railways.
Snow fell on Crow Country overnight, but not in the large amounts experienced in other parts of the country. More is expected later today.
Trains are running between Royston and London King's Cross, but operator First Capital Connect has put an emergency timetable in place meaning fewer services than usual are operating.
Motorists are also being warned to take care on the A505 between Royston and Baldock, where snow is covering both carriageways and making driving dangerous.
