RAIL company chief Elaine Holt is due to meet angry commuters tonight (Thursday).
She will be having a question-and-answer sessions with members of the Ashwell and Mordens Rail User Group.
They are annoyed over restrictions on discounted train fares introduced on the King's Cross line by First Capital Connect.
In June, the rail company abolished the use of off-peak fares for passengers on trains leaving King's Cross between 4.30pm-7pm for travel between Stevenage and Cambridge.
The move came in an attempt to deal with overcrowding issues.
Since then commuters have complained of being left stranded and have had to base their trips to-and-from London around the restrictions.

User Group member Joan Ridley said: "I think there will be a lot of concern shown at the meeting.
"This is a problem for a lot of people in Ashwell and this is our chance to ask questions.
"It's a disadvantage to residents and it restricts how people get back from London. They have to manoeuvre their trips around these restrictions."
Despite coming under a barrage of criticism First Capital Connect has stated it will not reverse its decision.
Mrs Ridley said: "There's always hope, and with a bit of luck our argument it will make them think. These decisions appear fine on paper, but by visiting Ashwell, Mrs Holt will see for herself just how we have been affected."
The meeting will be taking place at the Ashwell Parish Room at 7.30pm.
