SCHOOL children became town planners for the day when they built a village out of Lego.
Pupils at Barkway Primary School tied the workshop in with their classroom topic, which is about their village.
Teacher Rachel Gleadow said: "It was a productive day which encouraged pupils to work together and made them think about what we need in a village such as doctor's surgery and a post office.
"It was nice for pupils to do something they don't normally do.
