POLICE investigating a robbery in Royston are appealing for witnesses.
The robbery, which took place on Friday November 17 at 11.50pm in Newmarket Road, involved a 17-year-old from Royston.
He was approached by three men who demanded that he handed over his mobile phone.
When he refused one of the men assaulted him.
One of the attackers was white, 6ft tall, of thin build, with a hooped ring through the centre of his nose.
He had dyed jet black hair, and was wearing a black hooded top and black jeans.

The second was described as an oriental man with bleached blond hair, 5ft 3in tall, and wearing a blue hooded top.
The third was white, 6 ft 5 in, with a small beard under his bottom lip and with scruffy hair.
Bill Hughes of the Eastern Area Robbery Unit said: "Fortunately the victim sustained only minor injuries, but it could have been worse."
