PLANS are under way for this year's Royston & District Chamber of Commerce's Business Awards.
And this year organisers are looking to include a community award.
The nomination process for the awards will be launched next month - and the chamber is looking for a large response.
Chamber chairman Stephen Larcombe said: "There are many good businesses here in Royston and we want everyone to know about them."
He continued: "In judging the awards we are not simply looking for a large number of votes. We will be looking for comments on the quality that those businesses provide," he said.
Mr Larcombe said he hoped that this year's awards will attract nominations for companies that sell business-to-business as well as those who serve consumers directly.
