A SCHEME for 13 houses and a bungalow in Foxton must include affordable housing.
The homes would be built on land at Moore's Farm, Fowlmere Road.
A district council spokesman said: "If the applicant agrees to provide affordable housing, he will be granted outline planning permission, and will then have to submit an application with a detailed layout of the development.
