THE stage is set for this year's Royston pantomime. Members of the Royston-based Corvus Amateur Drama Society are ready for the opening night of The Little Cabin Boy, tomorrow (Friday). The members have been rehearsing since September and are eagerly awaiting the first night. Director Alison Bass, said: "It's a wonderful pantomime, full of pirates, princesses, treasure and magic. "We have all the usual ingredients that Royston has come to expect of us over the years - fun, music, laughter, audience participation and a large helping of bad jokes. "All that, together with an extremely strong cast and dedicated team of technicians should mean that anyone that comes to see the panto should be in for a treat." - Tickets for the pantomime, which is being held at Greneway School in Royston, cost £6 (adult) and £4 (concession) and are available from the Box Office on 01763 224942. Performances are on Friday, January 20 and Friday, January 27 at 7.30pm, and Saturday, January 21 and Saturday, January 28 at 2pm and 7.30pm.
