MORE than 800 people visited a village show at the weekend and enjoyed a variety of events including a dog agility show and the magic of Doctor Bondini.
Orwell, near Royston, hosted the day of fun alongside its traditional horticultural show and it proved to be a success.
In addition to the dog show, other events which visitors enjoyed included performances by Cottenham Brass Band, archery, stationary engines, tractors, and a classic car and motorbike display.
Altogether there were more than 650 exhibits on show at the village rec on Saturday.
Next year is the 40th anniversary of the horticultural show.
