WE can finally reveal The Crow's Top of the Tots. He is Oliver Clarke, a two-and-a-half-year-old, from Melbourn, who was one of more than 50 toddlers who entered the competition. His parents are Paula Sell and Jamie Clarke. Paula said: "When we found out Oliver had won we were quite shocked, but we are both very happy and proud that he has." Oliver, who has a sibling on the way, is described as bubbly, happy and a cheeky little boy. Oliver's parents won a framed portrait of the photograph entered in this year's competition. Last week The Crow announced that Alex Knight, 19 months, had won the top boy prize in the up to 18 months section, and Kelli-Jay Cooper was top girl. - The Crow will be announcing plans for this year's Top of the Tots competition in the coming months.
