A BUSINESSMAN scored a top award and was presented with it by football legend Alan Shearer.
Wealth management specialist John Cross, who lives and works in Royston, received the accolade from Shearer, the former England and Newcastle striker, at an awards ceremony in London.
He has been recognised as one the top achieving partners in the country at his firm, St James's Place.
