A PLAQUE has been unveiled at Royston and District Museum in recognition of a donation from Les Smith. Mr Smith decided to make a donation to pay for a wheelchair ramp at the side of the museum in memory of his wife Eileen Smith, who died in September 2002. Mr Smith, a museum volunteer who has been responsible for taking pictures of many of the museum's photographic projects, helped Royston mayor Cllr Bill Prime unveil the plaque.
