THE Rev Jacky Page is due to be licensed next month as priest-in-charge of Cottered, Throcking and Ardeley.
Mrs Page, 48, and her husband Keith have two teenage children, Michael and Carys.
She worked for 14 years for what is now the HSBC bank.
Having been a churchwarden for a year, she trained for ordination on the St Albans and Oxford ministry course from 1996-1999.
Ordained deacon at St Albans Cathedral in 1999, she became a priest the following year.
Mrs Page served first as a curate at Holy Trinity, Stevenage, before taking up her second curacy at Walkern and Bennington two-and-a-half-years ago.
She will be licensed by the Bishop of Hertford, the Rt Rev Christopher Forster, at Ardeley Church on May 4.
