MUMS Andrea Florence of Lindsey Close and Samm Cookson-Riches of Shakespeare Road in Royston are gearing up for Royston in Blue which takes place at 11am on June 23 on Therfield Heath with proceeds going to the Teenage Cancer Trust.
They are now in training thanks to the help of Royston Leisure Centre’s Fitness Manager, Gemma Burge.
Both Andrea and Samm have lost close family members to cancer and wanted to take part in Royston in Blue to give others the chance of beating cancer.
