Motorists heading for the M25 are warned that one lane is currently blocked due to an accident between junction 16 with the M40 and junction 15 with the M4 and there is severe congestion back to junction 17 with Maple Cross. There are delays of around 30 minutes and a speed restriction of 40mph is in operation.
