A MOTORCYCLIST was seriously injured in a collision which has closed the B1042 in both directions between Wimpole and Wrestlingworth.
The incident, which happened just before 8am this morning near the junction of the B1042 and Larkins Road, near Croydon, saw a car and motorcycle collide.
The rider of the motorcycle sustained serious injuries, and was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.
Police have closed the B1042 in both directions from the A1198 roundabout, and traffic is being redirected through Shingay-cum-Wendy and the Mordens.
