THE results are in and students at Meridian School have equalled their 97 per cent A-level pass rate.

High achievers at the Garden Walk road school also maintained the level of A* achievement.

Dr Michael Firth, headteacher at the school, praised his students for their work.

“I am delighted that last year’s record breaking A-level performance for Meridian has been maintained. Congratulations to all students, parents and staff,” he said.

Amongst the top drawer performance several students stood out with Jenny Clark, Anastasia Hay and Alice Hully all doing well.
