A 20-year-old man from Meldreth has been arrested on suspicion of sexual assault following an incident on Saturday evening in a Royston pub.
The alleged assault occurred between 9pm and 9.30pm in Melbourn Street on a woman in her 20s, and police would like to speak to anyone who was in The Manor House at the time and witnessed an incident.
The woman did not sustain any injuries and the man has been released on police bail until September 27.
