A MELBOURN couple who met at local dances over 60 years ago have celebrated their diamond wedding anniversary with a special family get together.
Betty and Mike Chapman have lived in Crow Country for all of their lives and friends, family and neighbours helped them mark their special day with a party.
Mrs Chapman spilled the beans on what makes a marriage last.
“You just have to give and take, don’t give up if anything goes wrong, and work things out together,” said the 79-year-old.
